Standard Shipping ($12.95):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over $50):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Universal Thread purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our hassle-free return policy makes it easy to return or exchange items.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and free of odors or stains
  • Original packaging: Please include when possible

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
  • Personalized or monogrammed accessories (from our Accessories and Jewelry Gifts categories)
  • Items without original tags or with altered tags

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps for a smooth return process:

  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions
  3. Package your item securely in the original packaging if possible
  4. Ship your return using the carrier of your choice to our Fresno facility (address provided in approval email)
  5. Receive confirmation when we process your return (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping method
  • Retaining your shipping receipt until the return is processed
  • Insuring valuable items like jewelry or accessories

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Exchange Process

For exchanges:
