Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors or stains
  • Original packaging should be included when possible
  • Some items may be final sale (see exceptions below)

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
  • Personalized or monogrammed accessories
  • Items without original tags or with altered tags

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps for a hassle-free return:

  1. Initiate your return by emailing our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and return request (template provided below)
  2. Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions
  3. Package your item securely in the original packaging if possible
  4. Ship your return using the carrier of your choice to our Fresno facility (address provided in approval email)
  5. Receive confirmation when we process your return (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping method
  • Retaining your shipping receipt until the return is processed
  • Insuring valuable items like jewelry or accessories

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Include a note specifying the item(s) you’d like to exchange for
  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return

If the exchange item has a different price, we’ll either refund the difference or charge the remaining balance to your original payment method.
